HAMKO
Welcome to the website of HAMKO - The Student Union of HAMK University of Applied Sciences.
HAMKO is a service organisation common to all students of HAMK University of Applied Sciences. The role of HAMKO is to advance the position of students in society and provide variety of services to all students in HAMK University of Applied Sciences.
In regional student activities HAMKO represents all students in different workgroups and boards maintained and/or administrated by HAMK University of Applied Sciences.
HAMKO effects also nationally. It is a member of the Union of Finnish University of Applied Sciences Students - SAMOK. From SAMOK we get education and training and comparable information concerning students' status in different parts of Finland. SAMOK is also our mouthpiece towards state administration and national organisations and bodies.
With 3 000 members, HAMKO is one of the biggest Student Unions in Finland. We will make your time at HAMK University of Applied Sciences an experience you will not forget!
